I am Ethan Kearns — a husband, a father of six, a wrestling dad, and an entrepreneur who has spent the last fifteen years building businesses that give my family more time, not less.

The road so far
Fifteen years, five companies,
one set of priorities.
A short version of the timeline. The long version usually happens over coffee.
2009
First business opens
Built after hours with one truck, one phone, and a very patient wife.
2018
The hard year
The hardest year of the biggest financial challenges, on the verge of eviction, while my wife was pregnant with our 4th child.
2019
Breakthrough
Learned that having faith truly is an action word and stewardship is a springboard to multiplication in all areas of life.
Today
Building with others
Ecommerce, mentorship, and a team of people moving the same direction.
What I do now
Three ways I spend my working hours.
01
Building companies
Operating businesses across ecommerce and services, with an eye on durability over hype. We focus on building on foundations and CORE values with systems and processes that lead to success.
02
Mentoring owners
Working alongside motivated people who want another stream of income and real guidance. We help taking the guessing game out of life and provide insight and direction.
03
Speaking and teaching
Sharing what faith, discipline, and family-first decisions look like in practice. We teach on overcoming any obstacle and how to change from a “busy life” to a “productive life”.
A conviction, not a slogan
“Success isn’t measured by what you build. It’s measured by what’s still standing beside you when you get there & who you brought along the way.
If winning costs you your family, you didn’t win. You just paid too much.”
